Unfortunately we do not offer pickups.
Do you have a store I can visit?
No, we do not have a store to visit, We are an online store only.
What is the shipping costs within Australia?
Orders below $44.00 have a flat rate of $12.00
Orders over $44.00 have a flat rate of $20.00*

Can I place my order over the phone paying by credit card?
No, we are an online store and for your security all orders paying by credit card must be submitted online via our secure gateway. If you would like to pay via Direct Deposit we can send you an invoice and your order will be dispatched once we receive payment.
How quick can I expect to receive my order?
Orders placed prior to 11am (business days) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day. We use Australia Post and you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days.
Do you offer Express Delivery?
Yes, we offer express delivery at an additional charge.

How do you measure a bell size?
Bells are measured by the diameter at the bottom of the bell and are measured in inches.

Are these ships Bells & Handbells from India?
No, none of our bells or products are from India.

The standard lanyards are an excellent choice for 90% of people. The Premium lanyards are made of a stronger twine and are more durable in the element at sea.
