Returns/Refund Policy

We do not offer a refund if you change your mind or incorrectly order a product.

We will happily exchange a product (within 10 days of purchase) for another item to the full value of the original cost. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item plus additional shipping charges for the new product.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

Damaged products that cannot be replaced or repaired will be entitled to a refund.

A return authorisation must be obtained before returning any products by contacting info@justbells.com.au.

You will be required to return the product and include proof of purchase, such as a copy of your order confirmation/receipt.

We do not exchange or refund sale items.
